Entry Requirements
- Ability to work in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 8.0 on Reading & Math TABE test
- Criminal background is case-by-case
- Current Driver's license or State ID
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Learning Outcomes
- Students will learn safety, measurements, blueprints, & welding symbols.
- Students will learn oxy-fuel cutting, carbon-arc gouging, & plasma cutting.
- Students will learn SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes.
- These skills are applicable to welder in the industry. This course covers everything needed to become an entry-level welder.
- A CLC, Inc. certification that is AWS D1.1 is included.

Intro to Welding
