The Complete Multi-Skill Trades Program

CLC's Maintenance & Repair Tech (MRT) program is a comprehensive 10-week course covering the full spectrum of building maintenance skills. Led by Doug Molden, who brings over 40 years of hands-on experience, students learn basic hand tools, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC systems, and appliance repair. The program follows the nationally recognized CAMT curriculum and includes EPA 608 Universal Certification, preparing graduates for careers in property management, building maintenance, and HVAC.

Before You Start

Entry Requirements

  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Passing the TABE or CASAS reading and math assessments
  • Criminal background evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Current driver's license or state-issued ID
  • Social Security Number card
  • High school diploma or equivalent
