CLC, Inc. has launched a new Pre-Apprenticeship Pilot Program designed to prepare people for a career in Building Trades. The course is six (6) weeks in length and includes NCCER core construction curriculum, a forklift certification, specific skills training by industry instructors, job readiness training, financial literacy, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and job/apprenticeship placement assistance.
1. Eighteen (18) years of age or older
2. High School Diploma or HSE
3. Ability to visually identify color spectrum. Non CVD.
4. Physically Able to Perform Job
5. Must Have Reliable Transportation
6. Must Have the Following Documents:
a. Valid Driver’s License.
b. Birth Certificate
c. Social Security Card or US Government Issued Legal to Work Document
7. Must Be Drug Free
8. Backgrounds on a case-by-case basis
