I love CLC and their staff, they do their best to set you up for success in the path you want to take. Before I was lost I didn’t finish my education and regretted it and I had ambition to become a welder. I was told about CLC and decided to try them out, I went through their GED program first and it’s like regular school but I liked how easy the teachers made it and how fast I was able to go through it and still i learned so much. Once I started the welding class it made me realize how much I love welding. CLC has taken me so far especially with the opportunities they have for their people, the culture is amazing. It was a rewarding experience, Thank you !

The scholarship that CLC is able to provide to a select few students is really a game/ life changer. Before class I struggled with finding my way of what I was wanting to do career wise and after my father in law told me about this course I figure I'd give it a shot. I had really nothing else to lose. I was struggling financially having to work 2 jobs with weird hours, but I was told about the scholarship opportunity and applied. Luckily enough I received the grant and it was more than enough to help me out. I was skeptical at first during class because I really didn't know what I was getting myself into, but Troy and Andre were excellent in providing all the knowledge and information that would help us succeed. It didn't really help that I wasn't much of a "school" person and found it hard to enjoy learning. Didn't matter though because they made it extremely fun and their teaching methods had me engaged in the course work the entire time. At the end of everything I was able to find a job at Siemens and have enjoyed putting my new knowledge out into the real world. Due to these amazing teachers and CLCs grant I was finally able to find something I really liked doing and could foresee myself working on for the rest of my life.

The experience I received in the CLC MAAT Program equipped me with the knowledge to confidently walk into any job and perform well. Troy was a great instructor and made things simple and understandable for all students within the class. Definitely worth it!!!
