Pathways to Justice - Careers for Youth

Pathways to Justice Careers for Youth (PJC) is a high school based program for youth ages 16-21, in school, and eligible to graduate in two years. PJC combines case management, group mentoring, career exploration, guidance counseling, and exposure to the world of work through internships, job shadowing or summer employment opportunities in the field of justice, emergency services and related fields. The objective of this program is to lower drop-out rates, reduce justice system involvement, encourage continuing education, pursuit of a desired career, and to foster a great relationship between the youth and the public servants in their community. The service area includes zip codes 76102, 76104, 76105, 76112, 76115 and 76119.
